TREDDA Shipping Policy

TREDDA currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after your order ships (after you receive tracking).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Responsibility

TREDDA is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional reshipping fee.
