We stand behind the quality of every TREDDA product. Each piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipment. While rare, mistakes can happen — and if they do, we’ll make it right.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused after use, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

We kindly ask customers to review product details and sizing carefully before completing their purchase.


I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue where possible.
